BAS Essential is the foundation of your healthcare plan — a reliable bundle of everyday benefits that covers routine and unexpected needs. It’s your starting point before adding any bolt-ons or upgrades.

Not at all. BAS Essential stands strong on its own. But if you’d like extra protection — like accident, hospital, or family coverage — you can easily add those after choosing your base plan.

Plans start at $59.99 per month for individual coverage and $89.99 for Family. Your total depends on whether you choose individual or family protection and which add-ons you include. Everything is clearly shown before checkout — no surprises.

If you enroll by the 15th of the month, your benefits begin on the 1st of the following month. If you enrol after the 15th of the month your benefits will begin on the 1st of the next following month. We’ll send you a confirmation and step-by-step guide so you know exactly when and how to use your plan.

After you select Individual or Family, you’ll be taken to our Plan Builder page, where you can add bolt-ons to your base plan. Once you’ve chosen what you want, you’ll fill out a short enrollment form — and your benefits will be activated on the 1st of the following month.
