How do I know which plan is right for me?

Great question! Choosing a plan depends on your health needs and budget:

✅ If you're healthy and just need basic access: BASE (BAS Essential) is perfect and starts under $2/day.
✅ Need a bit more coverage for families or prescriptions? Try Adding Urgent Care & Wellness.
✅ Want hospital + accident insurance too? Each one can be added to enhance your cover.
✅ Looking for full traditional insurance? Choose our MVP, Copper, Silver, or Platinum plans.

What’s the difference between hybrid and full Health Plans plans?

Hybrid plans (like BASE & Urgent Care & Wellness) include everyday care — doctor visits, diagnostics, mental health, dental, vision, etc. — at a low monthly cost.

Some also include accident or hospital coverage. Full Health plans (Copper, Silver, Platinum) work like traditional health insurance: they include deductibles, coinsurance, and full hospital/ER coverage, plus all the everyday services too.

 Tip: If you’re looking for affordability + access, hybrid is usually enough. If you want full risk protection, go full insurance.

Do your plans include dental, vision, and mental health?

Yes — all of our plans include full access to dental, vision, mental health, alternative care, and wellness. No hidden fees. No extra add-ons. It’s all included from day one.

How does the physician-led care work?

Every member is assigned a real, licensed physician who coordinates your care from start to finish. No call centers. No chatbots. Your doctor helps with diagnoses, prescriptions, referrals, and ongoing care — and follows up to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s like concierge medicine, included in every plan.

Are there really no deductibles or surprise bills?

That’s right! Our hybrid plans come with $0 deductibles and no hidden charges. You’ll never get surprise bills or unexpected fees. What you see is what you pay — total transparency, total peace of mind.

Are prescriptions covered?

Yes! Many common prescriptions are covered, especially on Plus and 1st Class plans. For full insurance plans, Rx copays are typically $10–$45 depending on the medication. We also help you access discounts and delivery options to make managing meds easy and affordable.

Can I cover my whole family?

Absolutely. All of our plans have family options that cover you, your partner, and children. Just select "Family" pricing during sign-up — it’s clearly listed for each plan.

What if I’m self-employed or between jobs?

No problem at all. Our plans are available to everyone — whether you’re a freelancer, contractor, gig worker, or between employers. You don’t need a job to get great care.

Do you offer plans for businesses?

Yes! Our business plans start at $0/month for employers and just $59/month for employees. No census, no minimums, and no lengthy contracts. Employers of any size can offer amazing benefits — fast.

When do my benefits start?

Benefits begin the 1st of the next month after you enroll, as long as you enroll by the 15th. So if you join on the 12th, you’ll be covered starting the 1st of the following month.

What if I move or change jobs?

Your plan stays with you — not your job. If your situation changes, you can keep your plan with no interruption. You’re always in control.

Can I get help choosing the right plan?

Definitely. You can book a free consultation with one of our benefit advisors, and we’ll walk you through the options to make sure you choose the best fit for your life and budget.

Can I upgrade my health plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your health plan. Please contact support@benefitairship.com. Changes must be made before the 15th to take effect on the 1st of the next month.

Do I get a physical card?

We primarily use a digital card via the Amaze and New Benefits apps. New Benefits also mails a physical card (usually within 4 weeks).

How do I cancel?

Email support@benefitairship.com. Requests must be made before the 15th of the month; otherwise, you may be charged for the upcoming month.

How can i see my active Members?

You can view all active members directly in your Employer Portal. The portal is updated so you always have the latest information about your enrolled team members.

How do employees enroll?

Employees enroll using your unique employer enrollment link. This makes the process simple, secure, and ensures members are tied correctly to your group.

When do benefits become active?

• Enroll before the 15th → benefits start on the 1st of the following month.
• Enroll after the 15th → benefits begin on the 1st of the month after next.

  Example: – Sign up on August 10 → start September 1. – Sign up on August 20 → start October 1.

How do i terminate a member?

Email billing@benefitairship.com with: • Member’s full name
• Termination effective date

Important: Requests before the 15th terminate end of the same month.
Requests after the 15th terminate end of the following month.

How does ACH work for payments?

• On the 20th of each month, we process your ACH for all active members.
• You pay Benefit Airship directly via ACH; your payroll company handles deductions and credits you back.

Can I pay for my employees via Credit Card?

Yes - Once you have created your account email support@benefitairship to change your payment type to Credit Card.

Can I have my employees pay directly for their benefits instead?

Yes - We offer 2 different types of Employer accounts.

Employer Paid Accounts & Employee Paid Accounts. Simply choose which type of Employer Account you would like to create when registering your business.
