Yes, you can upgrade your health plan. Please contact support@benefitairship.com and one of our team will gladly assist you. Please note: any changes to your health plan must be made before the 15th of the month for them to take effect on the 1st of the next month.

Benefit Airship primarily uses a digital card for a more streamlined service. All your services can be accessed without a physical card through the Amaze and New Benefits apps. However, New Benefits will send out a physical card via postal mail (usually within 4 weeks).

Cancellations can be processed by contacting support@benefitairship.com. Requests must be made before the 15th of the month; otherwise, you may be charged for the upcoming month.

You can view all active members directly in your Employer Portal. The portal is updated so you always have the latest information about your enrolled team members.

Employees enroll using your unique employer enrollment link. This makes the process simple, secure, and ensures members are tied correctly to your group.

• Enroll before the 15th of the month → benefits start on the 1st of the following month.
• Enroll after the 15th of the month → benefits begin on the 1st of the month after next.

Example:
– Sign up on August 10 → start September 1.
– Sign up on August 20 → start October 1.

To terminate a member, simply email billing@benefitairship.com with the details:

• Member’s full name
• Termination effective date

Important: Requests received before the 15th of the month will terminate at the end of that same month. Requests received after the 15th will terminate at the end of the following month.

• On the 20th of each month, Benefit Airship processes your ACH payment for all active members.
• You pay Benefit Airship directly each month via ACH.
• Your payroll company handles employee payroll deductions per pay period, and those deductions are credited back to you, ensuring everything balances.
